Yummy Banana Bread!!!

In our house we love bananas so we buy lots and lots every week.
Last week the kids decided they really love apples so now we have a stock pile of over ripe bananas!
What to do, what to do..................................
Lucky for me we all really, really love banana bread, even more than apples!!!!
Here's my yummy recipe if you want to try it.


Ingredients,
2 large over-ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1/3 cup of canola oil
1/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup SR Flour
3/4 cup wholemeal SR Flour
1/2 teaspoon ground mixed spice.
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Pre heat oven to 180

In a large mixing bowl sift flours, add mixed spice and brown sugar.
In a smaller bowl mix mashed bananas, eggs, oil and milk.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined.
Pour into a loaf tin, bake four approx one hour.
