Another one of my favorite illustrators is Eloise Wilkins.
She has a great style when it comes to children, they all have these sweet chubby cheeks!!!
I've always thought this one reminds me of my own daughter.
This pic is from Prayers for Children, 1952.
I also love her illustrations of Hansel and Gretal, a great one to watch out for.
